The best things in the game are obtained by playing, not paying.Eternium has been launched in 2014, and is actively being improved by the original development team. Gems, the game’s main currency, can be collected from enemies and quests. The tap-to-move control is more natural and relaxing than thumbsticks, and it’s also truer to the vintage point-and-click Action RPG experience. The game can be really played for free, as more than 90% of our players do. I ended up spending $30 or so on the 3-day old deleted account, which was fine (my choice), but since I didn't have any gems (badly misspent, part of the reason I wanted a do-over on the Elven deal) I spent another $5 on gems just so I could delete the character in order to delete the account.Eternium is an amazingly fun and beautifully crafted Action RPG, reminiscent of the great classics.Eternium stands out from other mobile Action RPGs by its effortless “tap to move” and innovative “swipe to cast” controls, and its player-friendly “no paywalls, never pay to win” philosophy. With the exception of a couple of online-only features, the game can also be played offline after the content download completes.Drawing signs to cast spells is easy and rewarding. This was after just a few days of playing, I didn't really know what I was doing and could certainly have been more efficient in rebooting my account. I don't recall the exact mechanics and timing of the process, however. Since I had no ongoing benefit (as the account was being deleted), I didn't understand the 50-gem cost (gems are account-bound, right?). What I meant was that in order to delete my account, I had to delete a character (perhaps one I had added, don't remember) and was charged 50 gems to do that. Instead, the 30 Gems you're given to create an account is removed.Sorry Travis, I was posting from my phone and went a little too concise at the expense of clarity. You're not charged to delete your account.
